If anyone is available to come to my aid in a war I did not start I would be grateful. It's 9,000 troops a couple hundred tanks versus my 1000 troops.

If someone else will fight him I'll join in too. As of now I'd get stomped--he's got a shitload more tanks than me. Three or four of us could annihalate him.
He's been attacking members and getting away with it. That's not okay.

Well, I tried to declare war on him, but it looks like he's already defending from three others, so I can't touch him. His alliance is only three strong, so we could fight them, I suppose.

The ARC has been discussing how to deal with COBETbI. We have decided to put a bounty on him, which will be announced as soon as chad feels like it (probably tomorrow). He has all of his war slots full right now so we are unable to aid with the war, however he is in 8 wars. if you can coordinate with other nations fighting him you could probably run him into the dirt (We could probably help with this).
His alliance is a couple of rogue nations that have been kicked out of other alliances for starting conflicts (Like with sweet communist and CIN) so threatening alliance wars probably won't scare them

I'll hop on him the moment I get a chance. If a couple of others want to back me up, he shouldn't be a problem at all. Some Munitions and Gasoline would be nice, but I'm not worried about that until I actually start fighting.
