This is Despartainian, Minister of Foreign Affairs for The Atlas Confederacy. I am messaging you about hostilities against members of The European Empire. This alliance is now under our protection. We ask that you immediately cease hostilities with them. Because they were not under our protection when attacked, we will not ask for reparations.
Should you refuse to cease hostilities in the next twenty-four hours, it will lead to a Deceleration of War against your Alliance.

This message has been sent to all of the leaders of The Holy Imperial Legion. Since we now have a Protectorate in The European Empire, they are counting on us to protect them. The Holy Imperial Legion has until Midnight tomorrow to stop their war. If they don't, we've made a promise of a Declaration of War. So be ready.
Update 1: One leader has made peace, but there is still another who needs to cease his fighting.
